How do I know what questions will be asked in the feedback surveys?

Before using any of the feedback tools, you may want to review the statements that students or colleagues will be asked to consider. This can help you determine whether a survey is appropriate for your context, identify the most suitable group of respondents, and decide on the best timing for collecting feedback.

For student surveys, you can preview the items after selecting the survey type and the focus element or dimension. The preview screen displays all survey statements, along with key information such as the number of questions and the estimated time required to complete the survey.

For peer feedback and self-reflection, you can preview the items by selecting the relevant focus element or dimension and then choosing the preview option.

Reviewing the survey items in advance can help ensure that the feedback you collect is meaningful and relevant to your current professional learning goals. It also allows you to check that respondents will have sufficient opportunity to observe the practices being reflected on or evaluated.
