# How should I use the Resources area of the GTT?

## If you’re looking for quality, evidence-based resources to help you develop your practice, the Resources area is here to help you.

Simply by clicking the “Resources” item in your GTT menu, you can access hundreds of articles, blogs, podcasts, webinars, posters, videos and more. Whether you are looking to explore the research around your chosen [element](https://support.evidencebased.education/en/knowledge/what-do-all-the-terms-mean-in-the-gtt?hsLang=en) further or get some ideas for what strategies might work in your classroom, this area is your go to place.

Resources can be filtered by dimension or element and are also searchable by keywords (as in the example below). If you’re not yet sure what Dimension or Element to work on, there are also resources relating to the full [Model for Great Teaching](https://support.evidencebased.education/en/knowledge/what-do-all-the-terms-mean-in-the-gtt?hsLang=en). Additionally, you can filter resources to display [teaching techniques](https://support.evidencebased.education/en/knowledge/what-do-all-the-terms-mean-in-the-gtt?hsLang=en).
