I can’t access any of the courses.

The courses are only available with a full GTT subscription – they aren’t available to users on the free Starter account.

If you are a user in a paid organisation, you should be able to access the courses from the menu on the left-hand side of your dashboard, as in the screenshot below.

 If you encounter the message “Token is expired” (as below), please close the window, log out of the Toolkit then back in again. You should then be able to access your course by clicking “Courses” in the menu.
