I'm not receiving emails from the GTT team.

While our emails are occasionally marked as spam and appear in individuals' junk folders, it has been the case that, with increased email security, some school systems have been filtering our emails out altogether.

As this can include "reset password" and registration link details, a first port of call should be your IT team; they should ensure the following email domains are whitelisted:

  • evidencebased.education
  • mail.evidencebased.education
