One of my team has signed up to the GTT, but I can't see them in my list of teachers. What should I do?

As a Great Teaching Coordinator or Assistant Coordinator, you can quickly view which teachers have set up their accounts in your school or college. Simply head to the “School management" page of your account and click on the orange "Manage teachers" button. Here you'll find a list of registered teachers.

If a colleague has registered but isn't appearing in your list of teachers, it's likely they've signed up using a different route instead of your school's unique signup link.

First, establish which link they used to register. You may want to send them your school's unique signup link again, and ask them to check that they've registered using the correct details, including a name and email address that you would recognise. 

Sometimes teachers accidentally create one of our free Starter accounts instead of joining their school's subscription. If this has happened, they'll be able to check this on their Great Teaching Toolkit dashboard.
