What information can I see about teachers' progress and engagement in the GTT?

Coordinators and Assistant Coordinators have access to information about teachers' progress and engagement with the Great Teaching Toolkit, helping them understand how colleagues are using the platform.

Head to the "School management” page in the menu. Then select "School management activities".  You'll see a series of dials, like those pictured below, which give you an overview of how colleagues are engaging with the GTT across your school, helping you identify patterns and areas of focus.

Scrolling down the page will take you to a table of professional development activities. Each row relates to an individual teacher or team and includes information about team meetings, feedback tools and development cycle milestones. You can use the filters to explore the data in different ways, for example, "I'd like to see the goals that teachers in the English department have selected" or "I'd like to see which teachers have completed a self-reflection."

While Coordinators and Assistant Coordinators have access to an overview of individual and team activity, some information is intentionally kept private. Detailed feedback data for individual teachers, team meeting notes and reflections within development cycles are only visible to the teacher unless they choose to share them. This helps create a high-trust environment where teachers can engage honestly with the GTT, keeping the focus on professional growth rather than accountability.
