What will I do in the ‘Review' phase?
The Great Teaching Toolkit development cycle is a four-stage, evidence-informed process that supports personalised professional development by helping teachers set goals, build understanding, develop skills, and reflect on changes in their practice. It is a personal space for teachers to record and reflect on their own professional development, and the content can only be viewed by the teacher, unless they choose to share it.
The final stage of the development cycle involves evaluating progress and impact. You will:
- Revisit your original goal and success indicators
- Reflect on your progress and outcomes
- Collate feedback, evidence and key insights
- Set next steps for development
