Why won’t my video upload?
If your video is not uploading, the first thing to check is the size of your video file.
This tool is designed for uploading short classroom video clips, typically between 2–5 minutes long. In most cases, recordings of this length should stay within the upload limit, depending on the equipment and recording settings you use.
If your file exceeds the maximum upload size, the platform will display a message letting you know the file is too large. If this happens, you could try:
- Reducing the video quality or resolution
- Removing any extra footage at the beginning or end of the recording to shorten the file length
Larger videos, that are still within the upload limit, may take a few minutes to appear on the ‘Video Feedback’ page after uploading.
If your video does not appear immediately:
- Wait a few minutes
- Refresh the page
- Check that your internet connection is stable
