As an Induction Tutor, can I conduct mentoring drop-ins on the ECTs in my school?

Yes! On your dashboard, you will have a feed of the meetings and alerts relevant to your ECTs and mentors. Alternatively, you can click 'Meetings' and then either view all ECTs, or select the ECT you'd like to view all meetings for.

In this way, you will be able to see when their scheduled meetings are taking place, any observation notes and feedback, what their goals and actions are, and drop in as appropriate.
