Why can't I access the Lesson Recording tool in Prism?

If you can’t access the Lesson Recording tool, it usually means one of the following:

• Your school's setup hasn't been completed in Prism yet
• Setup was completed less than 7 days ago — there's a 7-day delay after setup to give schools time to share parent and pupil comms and collect any research opt-outs
• Your school has decided not to enable lesson recording

If it's been more than 7 days since setup and you still can't access the tool, please contact lessonrecording@niot.org.uk.
