# How do I change user details, such as their role (ECT or Mentor), the school they belong to, or their cohort?

These functions will be handled in Dynamics in the very near future, so you shouldn't need to touch Prism to do these things. However, in the meantime, the video below demonstrates how, as a Regional or NIoT Admin, you should update the user's role, school and cohort within Prism:
