How do I check on my ECT's progress in Prism?

In your mentor dashboard, there's a 'now and next' widget, to help you get more information about your own progress through the Programme, as well as how your ECT(s) are getting on.

You can see expected progress within a half-term period and against programme expectations. It also highlights your required mentor self-study modules, and you can select additional self-study activities, where appropriate. You can review programme materials and use the mentor handbook for support.

The widget makes it easier to monitor development, maintain engagement and ensure ECTs receive effective guidance throughout the Programme.
