In the "Module Sequence" page, you will be able to set the order of modules for all of your ECTs by dragging and dropping.
You need to be certain you are happy with your order, as once it's set, it is locked in place, other than in exceptional circumstances. You will know this has been successful as you will see a message saying the module sequence has been locked, as in the below:
