# How do I complete a diagnostic quiz and choose areas of study to focus on?

In your account, head to the "My Learning" page, where you will see listed the modules you will have to complete for the programme.

In each module, you will see a list of the self-studies. For ECT1s. the first one is always a core self-study, and then you will see the diagnostic for each module. Click 'Start diagnostic' to begin the quiz.

After you have completed the diagnostic quiz, you can review the questions and answers to help you identify the areas you would like to focus on next. The diagnostic will suggest which of the elective self-studies will be most appropriate for you. You can also select different electives, if you want. You must complete at least **2 electives for Module A**, and **3 for each of Modules B-F**.

For ECT2s, the diagnostic will help you select which reading you'd like to complete for each module. You should share your reflections and the diagnostic outcomes with your mentor at your next meeting. Together, you should select which reading you will complete during your meeting and this will show in your 'My learning' section on Prism.
