# How do I complete a mentor meeting?

Please watch the short walkthrough video below, which guides you through how to set up and create a mentor meeting.

In Prism, only mentors are able to set up meetings, record notes and upload resources. Notes should be recorded during a meeting, in collaboration with an ECT, and then shared afterwards. You can go back and edit meeting notes later, if required.
