How do I track what my ECTs are working on and how they’re progressing?
In your dashboard, you will be shown a feed of current, upcoming and recent meetings and notifications pertaining to the ECTs you are responsible for. You can filter this feed by date, and from here, you can quickly get an overview of the status of the meeting (whether it is in draft and still yet to be completed by you, or "shared", and therefore published to the ECT), as well as the meeting prerequisites, action steps and any feedback you have noted:
By navigating to the "ECTs" area and the relevant ECT's workspace, you can then access their progress through each module and self-study:
You can also create a meeting and link it to the current self-study by clicking the [+] in the top-right hand corner, as in the screenshot below:
