# How do I use the School Personas?

Throughout the Excellence in Reception Teaching Programme, you will use a scenario-based learning approach in your study. For this, you’ll encounter three fictional school settings over the course of the programme. As you progress through the Programme, you'll be asked to reflect on various scenarios to help you apply what you're learning to your own context.
