How is my data protected?

Your data is handled carefully and securely. This means:

• recordings are stored securely within NIoT systems
• recordings are only accessible to you, and to your ECT if you choose to share them in your in-person weekly meetings
• access to the tool is protected by 2‑factor authentication
• transcripts used for research have names and other identifying details removed
• recordings are automatically deleted after 30 days
• you can delete your recordings at any time (see “Can I delete recordings?” for more details)
