I've added participants to the DfE portal but I can't see them on Prism.

It can take up to 48 hours for changes on the DfE portal to be reflected on Prism (including addition of mentors and ECTs or changes to details of the induction tutor for example). This is because data is checked for eligibility by the DfE, then checked by NIoT team before passing it on to Prism. If you still can't see your participants after a couple of days have passed, contact us to get this resolved!
