I’ve logged on as Induction Tutor, but there are no participants for my school in Prism.

In every case we have seen so far, this is because the Induction Tutor has not registered any participants (mentors or ECTs) for their school yet on the DfE portal. Please ensure this has been done first, and please note it can take up to a week for changes on the DfE portal to be reflected in your Prism account. If you have ensured the DfE portal is correct and there is still a mismatch after more than a week has passed, contact the regional support team from the NIoT and they will be able to help resolve the issue!
