How often should I use the Lesson Recording tool?

Only as much as it’s helpful for you. 

As a guide, recordings can be used to alternate with in‑person mentor observations, in line with the normal mentoring cycle. For example: 

• ECT Year 1: fortnightly 

• ECT Year 2: monthly 

For your own reflection, you can use the tool as often as you find useful.
