Is there information I can share with pupils about why I'm recording my lesson? 

As part of a project led by researchers at the National Institute of Teaching (NIoT), some teachers might record a lesson so they can watch it back and learn how to make their teaching even better.

The following information sheets, one for Primary pupils, the other for Secondary, can be shared to answer some of the frequently asked questions they might have about the project.
