What is the Lesson Recording tool?

The Lesson Recording tool is a new feature in PRISM that allows lessons to be securely recorded to support ECT development. 

  • ECTs can record lessons for their own reflection and, if they choose, share them with their mentor. 
  • Mentors can watch ECT recordings and can also record their own lessons to model effective practice, which can be watched and discussed together in weekly mentor meetings. 

The tool is about learning and improvement, not judgement or evaluation.
