Why can’t my ECTs and mentors access the Lesson Recording tool in Prism?

If ECTs and mentors in your school can’t access the Lesson Recording tab in the main menu, it usually means your school’s setup hasn’t been completed in Prism yet.

Before the tool appears for ECTs and mentors, the induction tutor needs to complete the permissions flow in PRISM. Until this is completed in Prism, the Lesson Recording tool won’t be accessible.
