Can all staff access all courses? 

Everyone with access to your school’s Great Teaching Toolkit platform can access all of the available courses. There are no courses restricted by role, and the courses are asynchronous and not time-limited, so staff are free to explore the learning content and decide what is most relevant to their professional development.

There are four main types of course:

• Foundation Course – an introduction to the platform and some of the core concepts underpinning the science of learning. We'd recommend this a great starting point for anyone working with students in your school. 
• Lead Courses – the Assessment Lead Programme, Science of Learning Programme and Behaviour and Culture Programme. These are particularly suited to middle and senior leaders and colleagues with responsibility for leading in these areas.
• Teacher Courses – eight courses linked to the dimensions and elements of the Model for Great Teaching. These are particularly relevant to classroom teachers and support staff who plan and lead their own teaching or sessions.
• Inclusive Education Course – designed with school leaders, teachers and support staff in mind, with a focus on inclusive practice.
