Yes. We recommend that all staff undertake the Foundation Course first, but after that, you will have access to all courses throughout your team.
The courses have been designed in a certain way, however; the lead-level programmes are designed for middle and senior leaders, and the teacher-level courses are built specifically with each teacher in their classroom in mind. That said, it’s up to you how you organise staff through their Great Teaching journey!
