Your survey data and feedback are owned completely by you, so nobody else has access to your GTT Profile – the aim of this is to avoid any sensitive data being used for reasons other than your ongoing professional development.
As part of the Great Teaching Toolkit, we do give some aggregated feedback to your Great Teaching Coordinator, about potential school-wide areas of focus and strength, and about the progress of you and your colleagues on aggregate. However, we won’t give these bits of data until there are enough users and enough feedback to ensure that individuals’ profiles are unidentifiable.
