# The discussion forum (Disqus) isn't loading

We are aware that some organisations' networks block access to the Disqus forum for security reasons. As such, please can you complete the following steps with the support of your IT team:

1. Add @disqus.com to your email's whitelist
2. Whitelist the host name disqus.com
3. Check there are no browser plugin/extension conflicts (for more guidance, please see [this article on Disqus' website](https://help.disqus.com/en/articles/1717246-browser-plugin-extension-conflicts)).
