How do I pair mentors and ECTs in my Induction Tutor account?

This article is specific to schools accessing the GTT as part of the National Institute of Teaching's ECF Programme.

As an Induction Lead, when you have your mentors and ECTs showing in the "Early Career Framework" page of the GTT platform, you will first need to tick the boxes next to the relevant names.

You need to tick one ECT and one Mentor, to do each pairing in turn. Once you have two boxes ticked, the "Assign Mentor" button will turn orange. By clicking this, you can pair them up within the platform.
