This article is specific to schools accessing the GTT as part of the National Institute of Teaching's ECF Programme.
Induction Tutors now have "both views" - that of the school-wide Induction Tutor, and a mentor for one or more of their ECTs.
You should see the Early Career Framework tab in the menu, where you can see all the staff in your school, and also a Mentoring tab (for any mentoring roles you have) and a Self-study (this isn't mandatory for Induction Tutors, but it is there as a reference, so you can see what your other Mentors see.
