This article is specific to schools accessing the GTT as part of the National Institute of Teaching's ECF Programme.
It takes up to one week for changes on the DfE portal to be reflected on the GTT platform (including addition of mentors and ECTs or changes to details of the induction tutor for example). This is because data is checked for eligibility by the DfE, then checked by NIoT team before passing it on to the GTT team. If you still can't see your participants after one week has passed, contact us to get this resolved!
