What information is shared with the Great Teaching Lead about my progress?

Great Teaching Leads can see information about members' connected development cycles, including their:

• current stage of the development cycle
• goal selected
• teaching technique being developed

This gives the lead a clearer view of colleagues' development and can help them plan conversations and support. However, the purpose isn't to make everyone's development identical. Teams can support colleagues who are working towards a shared goal or colleagues who have individual goals.

Other information, such as reflections and feedback data, are private to the individual teacher's account, unless they choose to share it.
