Once completed, the results from the student surveys can be found under "Student surveys" >> "Feedback". What happens when the data can't be found there?
There are two main reasons why the feedback and results from the student surveys may not be found where you'd expect.
1. The surveys have not been completed yet. If the survey is still collecting responses, your full dataset won't be available yet. Once the expected number of responses have been received, be sure to click "Complete" next to the relevant survey in the "Monitor" section of your "Student surveys" page.
2. Your survey was deleted. If you made a mistake in creating your survey, you can delete it from the page where you set it up (click on the "Remove" button next to the relevant survey in the "Monitor" section of your "Student surveys" page. This will delete the associated data and responses with that survey. If this was your only survey (or if you delete all your surveys), nothing will show up on your feedback profile. For this reason, it is recommended to not delete a survey unless there was an error in creating it.
